Recruitment Procedures

For supplying human resources to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and UAE.

After receiving demand letter from t he employer company. we undergo the following tasks:
We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through Interview.
Selected candidates are sent for medical check up.
After receiving medical fitness certificate, relevant documents of the candidate Is dispatched to the employer company.
After receiving visa copy & employment contract, we perform all the necessary activities such as acquiring approval from the Labour Department Orientation and insurance.
After getting airways conflm1aUon and permission from the Labour Department and We send the candidates immediately.

Note:
After receiving demand letter we dispatch documents within 7 days.
After receiving visa copy we arrange flight within 7 days.

For Malaysia
After receiving KDN (Approval Letter), Translation Letter and Demand Letter from the employer company, we perform following tasks.
We gather candidates and select Ute excellent ones through Interview.
Selected candidates are sent to government approved Health Centres for medical checkup.
After receiving the Medical Fitness Certificates, passport copy of the candidate is sent to the Employer company for calling visa.
After receiving Calling Visa and other relevant documents. Passports of selected candidates are submitted at Malaysian Embassy in Nepal.
After Visa Stamp, we perform all necessary procedures such as acquiring permission from the labour Department, Orientation, insurance etc.
After receiving permission for the Labour Department, we send the candidate immediately.

Note:
After receiving KDN (Approval letter), Translation letter and Demand Letter we dispatch candidates’ documents within 7 days
After receiving calling and relevant documents we get visa stamp within 10 days.
After getting visa stamp, we arrange the flight of candidates within 7 days.

Procedure of supplying Manpower for Saudi Arabia
After having the Demand Letter as well as Consulate Authorization Letter (WAKALA) from the employer company, we perform the following tacks.
We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview.
Selected candidates are sent to GAMCA for medical checkup.
After Getting visa stamp and the employ
After getting visa stamp and the employment contract, we perform all the necessary procedures-such as acquiring form the labour Department and Orientation & Insurance etc.
After getting the permission form the Labour Department, we make the air teckets and send the candidates immediately.

Note:
After getting the Demand Letter and Consulate authorized Letter (WAKALA) we select the candidate and dispatch the passport for visa stamping within 10 days.
After getting the visa stamping we arrange the flight within 7 days.
